Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation, a company focused on advancing AI through careful annotation and training, is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to AI trainer objectives from a fully remote position. The role centers on designing and solving coding problems used to train AI systems, delivering clear, well documented code snippets, and evaluating AI generated code for quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI produced code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Offer feedback that directly informs the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree either completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
