Job Description

DataAnnotation is looking for an existing Software Engineer - AI Trainer to support the training of AI models through hands-on coding and evaluation work. You will be solving coding tasks, producing code and explanations, and reviewing AI-generated solutions so feedback can be used to improve future model performance.

This is a contract opportunity based in Glen Mills, PA (remote) with flexible participation across select regions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.
  • Produce high-quality code snippets and provide clear, detailed explanations.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
  • Share feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
  • Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
