Responsibilities
- Implement, operate, and maintain electro-mechanical systems

The Associate I, Electromechanical Technical Support (Science/Tech/Engineering Path) is primarily responsible for applying technical knowledge to design, develop, and maintain electro-mechanical systems. Qualifications
Associate shall have the appropriate education and experience to successfully perform the responsibilities of this role:
- High school diploma with technical school certification (for example, Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent training/experience
- Specialized diploma/degree or industry certification in at least three disciplines (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, control systems, and/or equipment schematics)
- Five (5) years of related experience with technical certification or seven (7) years of related experience in a manufacturing environment if no technical certification; experience must include manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair and troubleshooting; experience in FDA regulations and safety practices
- Proven advanced level skills in two or more electro-mechanic core disciplines: Mechanical, Fluid Power (pneumatic, hydraulic), Electrical/Control Systems
- Competence in preventive and predictive maintenance
- Operation and maintenance of pumps, valves, piping (mechanical joints, tri-clamp systems, sanitary fittings)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Electrical control circuits (24VDCâ480VAC), Instrumentation (pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, conductivity meters, TOC analyzers), VFDs, PLC-controlled systems (Siemens)
- Familiarity with GDP, Change control and deviation investigations
- Ability to support IQ/OQ/PQ activities, Environmental monitoring requirements, internal and external audit responses
