Sr. Software Engineer

CentralReach is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Holmdel, NJ hybrid team. The role encompasses full‑stack development with a React/TypeScript frontend and C#/.NET plus Node.js backend, infrastructure management with Terraform on AWS, and MSSQL database design, all with a strong emphasis on code quality and CI/CD practices. This full‑time position offers a salary range of USD 160,000 to 180,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Develop and optimize high‑performance backend services using C# .NET and Node.js.
• Manage infrastructure with Terraform across multiple AWS PaaS environments.
• Architect complex MSSQL database schemas and optimize query performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Promote code quality, rigorous testing, and CI/CD automation practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Material UI for modern frontend development.
• Strong experience building backend services with C# .NET.
• Hands‑on MSSQL experience, including design and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with AWS services or a comparable cloud provider.
• Competency with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture and RESTful API design.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and coding agents.
