Staff Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation offers a remote contracting role to help train AI models by designing and solving coding problems, writing code snippets and explanations, and evaluating AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a diverse set of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Craft clear, high quality code examples accompanied by thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar abilities.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
