Test & Evaluation Analytics Engineer

NavitasPartners seeks a Test & Evaluation Analytics Engineer for an onsite role in Joliet, IL, offering USD 40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist developmental and operational testing activities across programs
• Examine flight test and mission data to assess system performance
• Produce post-flight analytics and performance reports
• Design dashboards and visualization tools to illuminate test data insights
• Assist with verification and validation of mission systems and software
• Identify anomalies, trends, and performance gaps in test data
• Collaborate with engineering teams, test pilots, and mission stakeholders
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of testing methodologies and analytics workflows

Requirements

• Robust analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Familiarity with developmental and operational test processes (DT/OT)
• Experience working with flight test or mission data
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
• Clear communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
