Job Description

CESI Civil Geotechnical Surveying seeks a Professional Civil Engineer to design and permit civil projects in Concord, NC, guiding them from concept to completion with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and Excel to execute civil engineering assignments
Collaborate with other engineers to drive project objectives
Engage with clients to define and align on specific requirements
Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Prepare permits and design solutions for a range of civil projects
Interface with a diverse set of stakeholders
Attend and contribute to community meetings and public hearings
Oversee project development to ensure adherence to specifications
Lead project teams including Engineers-in-Training and interns as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficiency with Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Team oriented mindset
Authorized to work in the United States
