Job Description

Tunnel Engineer II at HNTB Corporation onsite in New York, NY, supports the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications to help deliver infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
  • Prepare and/or modify selected portions of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
  • Develop project quantities and assist with cost estimate development.
  • Assist engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
  • Self-sufficiently complete tasks including research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience, or
  • Master's degree in Engineering with 1 year of relevant experience
