UI/UX Engineer

IDR, Inc. is hiring a UI/UX Engineer for a Nashville, TN hybrid opportunity. You will help shape user experiences for a data-driven platform, spanning dashboards, analytics UX, and workflow management that support real operational decision-making. If you enjoy turning complex systems into clear, usable interfaces, this role pairs product design craft with cross-team collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Design user experiences that bring together dashboards and operational workflows for an evolving platform.
• Develop UX patterns for analytics experiences, including drilldowns, filtering, exploration, and role-based views.
• Partner with data/BI and engineering teams to support data modeling and the processes behind better decisions.
• Map and simplify end-to-end workflows connected to case operations, including identifying pain points and proposing enhancements.
• Create UX deliverables such as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction standards.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering on complex software products.
• Strong capability designing for data-heavy experiences such as dashboards and operational analytics.
• Ability to understand and design around real workflows, including case management and claims.
• Comfort working alongside technical teams, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
