Responsibilities

Lead and drive existing product improvements and new product development initiatives.
Collaborate with Executive Leadership and the Product Development team (including international partners) to spearhead new engineering projects.
Oversee the full lifecycle of product development from concept through launch and commercialization.
Provide engineering support for both new and existing products, addressing issues as they arise, and collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Marketing.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis on complex technical challenges.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting data in clear, understandable, and visually appealing formats.
Focus on design and support for Infrared Saunas, Red Light Products, and Cold Plunge Chillers.
Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of Electrical Engineering work experience.
1 year of experience in the manufacturing of health and wellness equipment or a similar industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience using circuit simulation and PCB design software (PSpice and Altium preferred).
3+ years embedded programming experience (C/C++). ESP32 and PIC familiarity preferred.
PCB thermal analysis, airflow analysis, and high ambient temperature circuit design.
Rapid prototyping, 3D printing, soldering.
ECAD tool proficiency.
Familiar with multimeter, oscilloscope, low voltage DC and mains voltage supply use.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with electrical systems and their integration into mechanical designs.
Knowledge of product development processes, including prototyping and testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
