Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end electrical subsystem design and development for PCBs and sensors from concept through prototyping, testing and manufacturing
Manage multiple projects including new product initiatives, design improvements and cost-reduction efforts
Design, build, and test prototypes to verify performance against requirements
Define project requirements, assess technical risks, and establish deliverables and timelines
Develop innovative designs that satisfy safety, performance, reliability and manufacturability criteria
Produce test instructions, engineering reports and engineering change notices
Provide technical assistance to purchasing, service, sales, marketing and production teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
8+ years of proven experience in a product development and manufacturing environment
Experience designing heat management solutions for circuit designs
Hands-on experience designing board-level analog and digital circuits
