Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical subsystem design and development for PCBs and sensors from concept through prototyping, testing and manufacturing
- Manage multiple projects including new product initiatives, design improvements and cost-reduction efforts
- Design, build, and test prototypes to verify performance against requirements
- Define project requirements, assess technical risks, and establish deliverables and timelines
- Develop innovative designs that satisfy safety, performance, reliability and manufacturability criteria
- Produce test instructions, engineering reports and engineering change notices
- Provide technical assistance to purchasing, service, sales, marketing and production teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of proven experience in a product development and manufacturing environment
- Experience designing heat management solutions for circuit designs
- Hands-on experience designing board-level analog and digital circuits
