Develop AI applications, copilots, agents, predictive tools, and proof-of-concepts
Create data pipelines and integrations across D365, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party systems
Build analytics and ML solutions for forecasting, recommendations, inventory, pricing, search, and customer insights
Develop automation using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Fabric, and Python
Monitor production solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support
Apply security, privacy, documentation, and responsible AI practices throughout delivery
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and other teams to identify and implement solutions
Support user adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing user support

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience developing and deploying software, data, automation, or AI solutions in production
Strong hands-on skills with Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, REST APIs, ETL, data modeling, and Azure
Experience integrating enterprise systems and working with multiple data sources
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Currently reside in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona (local candidates preferred)

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, or D365 Finance & Operations
Machine learning, vector databases, RAG, AI agents, or MLOps experience
