Job Description

This frontend focused Applied AI Engineer (Fullstack) will build customer-facing AI experiences and data-heavy interfaces at Ramp Financial, leveraging React and TypeScript while collaborating on API and backend design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship end-to-end customer-facing AI experiences, from the React UI to the APIs and data contracts behind them.
  • Develop BI tool quality interfaces for agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close workflows that are fast, dense, interactive, and trustworthy.
  • Own complex client-side state and rendering challenges across data-heavy, real-time, agent-driven surfaces.
  • Partner on API and backend design to ensure the full stack serves the product effectively.
  • Utilize the latest coding models and agentic workflows as a core part of daily shipping practices.

Requirements

  • Deep frontend expertise with TypeScript, React, and sophisticated state management in complex, data-intensive applications.
  • Fluency with the latest AI coding models and agentic development workflows and a track record of applying them effectively.
  • Comfort across the stack, including API design and backend systems, with frontend as the primary focus.
  • Proven ability to ship polished, production-grade product experiences and navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
  • Bonus: experience with BI tools, data visualization, or financial/analytics products.

USD 204,400 to 352,000 per year with equity offered. Final compensation depends on location and level.
