Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: design, build, test, document, and maintain frontend and backend software applications using Angular and modern technologies.
- Application Leadership: guide the creation and deployment of custom web applications aligned to evolving client needs.
- Architecture & Database Design: analyze and design databases and contribute to scalable cloud-based architectures, working alone or with teammates.
- AI & Feature Integration: evaluate and support integrating AI models and advanced capabilities into current tools and platforms.
- Systems Integration: tackle complex challenges related to systems integration, platform compatibility, and multi-environment deployment.
- Agile Adaptation: respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced development setting, expanding to additional application areas as needed.
- Maintenance & Optimization: troubleshoot issues, implement improvements from user feedback, and contribute to user manuals and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of software engineering experience; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Full lifecycle software development proficiency across JavaScript/Typescript, Angular, Java, and Python (or other modern languages).
- Strong experience with web APIs development, integration, and consumption.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services, plus potential work with AI models for tool integration.
- Practical experience with DevOps tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Jenkins CI, and Git (GitLab CI/CD acceptable).
- Awareness of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS background investigation for start and continued employment.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 – $179,000 per year. The salary is determined by factors including scope and responsibilities, experience, education, knowledge and skills, as well as location and contract considerations. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply in some cases.
