Azure Data Engineer

Infosys invites qualified candidates to join as an Azure Data Engineer on site in Dallas, TX. This role spans the full software development lifecycle with emphasis on requirements gathering, design discussions, coding, testing, integration, monitoring, and documentation, while fostering knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support targeted interviews and workshops to elicit user needs and ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately captured in documentation.
• Engage in design discussions to capture software specifications and assist in producing process documentation.
• Create, refine, and document code for new software applications, following precise design specs to meet user expectations.
• Run test plans, evaluate outcomes, and report defects to the development team to improve software performance.
• Facilitate the integration of new software features, ensuring smooth transitions within the existing system architecture.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensure timely issue resolution, and produce thorough documentation for ongoing maintenance.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team's knowledge base.
