Summary

A contract backend software engineering position dedicated to creating and assessing coding challenges that train AI systems. The role supports remote work with flexible project scheduling and a focus on practical code demonstrations for AI training pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.
  • Write clear, high quality code snippets accompanied by thorough explanations.
  • Evaluate AI generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
  • Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
