Civil Engineer

This Civil Engineer position at AllSTEM Connections is an Omaha, Nebraska onsite role focused on leading and executing civil engineering work across site infrastructure and water-related systems. The role combines technical analysis with project ownership to support high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site development activities, including site master planning and site selection.
• Perform underground utility routing and support site space planning.
• Conduct hydrology analysis to support storm drain system design.
• Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems.
• Create final grading plans, including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
• Develop erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval.
• Research and follow local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction for the applicable area.
• Complete stormwater analysis and modeling using software tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• PE required.
• Position is based in Omaha, NE.
• Advanced Civil 3D skills.
• Ability to help lead a site civil team on projects and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Center experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour (USD).
