Civil Engineer

Support land development projects end to end as a Civil Engineer in Richmond, VA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and support proposal interviews and presentations
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work
• Manage design teams, including staff from multiple locations and/or disciplines
• Coordinate completion of multiple projects within budget and on schedule
• Initiate client billing and manage scope changes
• Handle contract administration activities as projects progress
• Perform assigned work independently
• Mentor other staff and take on training responsibilities
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support future work
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• BS degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience related to Land Development
• PE license
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Proficiency with other engineering software required for your area of expertise

Compensation

• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
• Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
