Contract Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Remote, California-based contract role focused on designing coding problems to train AI systems and evaluating AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer preferred.
