Job Description
Controls/Application Engineer role focused on developing equipment control systems in manufacturing production environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Work with Windows programming, Siemens, and AB RS Logix
- Self directed and able to work with minimal direction
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL
- Electrical engineering background
- PLC programming experience required
- ACAD for electrical design is a plus
- US citizenship is mandatory
- Engage with customers to define hardware and software requirements
- Develop equipment control systems in Manufacturing Production Environments based on customer specs
Requirements
- 1 to 10 years of control system development experience, minimum 1 year
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Extensive software skills desired
- US citizenship mandatory
- PLC programming experience: 1 year
- Rockwell AB RSLogix: 1 year
- Windows programming experience
- Siemens experience
- AB RSLogix experience
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL
- ACAD for electrical system design
