Data Engineer

Data Engineer role with Accenture Flex in Charlotte, NC on site, focused on designing, building, and maintaining data solutions with cross‑team collaboration and three days of onsite work weekly in Jersey City, Addison, or Charlotte.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design data solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets.
• Mentor junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Drive ongoing improvements to data engineering processes and tooling to boost overall team performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience as a senior data engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation background.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
• Associate Degree required.
