Electrical Engineer, Hardware Module Lead
Job Description
The Electrical Engineer, Hardware Module Lead guides a small electrical team and coordinates cross-functional partners to deliver hardware for mission-critical systems in the Strategic Systems portfolio. The position is based onsite in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Direct a 1 to 3 person electrical team and align efforts with mechanical, software, and systems domains across the organization.
- Own hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, manage layout constraints, support PCB layout, manufacturing, integration and test, and qualification.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop mission-critical hardware systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
- 3+ years of job-related experience.
- Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance required within a reasonable period of time.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
