Job Description
A hybrid Hartford, CT based Enterprise Analytics Engineer role at TCA Consulting Group Inc. focuses on managing, upgrading, and supporting the enterprise analytics platform used by 500+ analytics users across Travelers lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of the enterprise analytics platform, including management, upgrades, and ongoing support for 500+ analytics users across all Travelers lines of business.
- Provide deep technical leadership with specialized expertise in multi-platform analytics infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor the analytics team to drive results and accountability.
- Engage business stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and needs.
- Drive strategic technology planning and roadmapping for analytics capabilities.
- Coordinate Disaster Recovery activities and maintain DR readiness and governance.
- Govern production pipeline signoff and release governance to ensure quality and compliance.
- Advocate for AI tools to modernize workflows and improve team efficiency.
