Entry-Level F-15 Flight Test Data Engineer
Job Description
Boeing’s on-site role at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida places an entry-level F-15 Flight Test Data Engineer into a hands-on, Test & Evaluation environment. You will help build data tools and perform analysis to support F-15 flight test operations, turning raw data into actionable insights for engineers and program stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create and operate automated data processing software to merge and convert raw data files into output products used for engineering visualizations
- Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous systems analysis applications based on neural nets, machine learning, and digital models
- Design algorithms to support automated assessments of system performance
- Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to distinguish real problems from non-issues
- Characterize systems and compare real-world performance with digital models
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance; interim and/or final Secret clearance after start date
- Ability to obtain program access; U.S. citizenship is required for access
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent non-U.S. qualification directly related to the work
