Future Payload Capabilities Interface Control Systems Engineer

BAE Systems is seeking a Future Payload Capabilities Interface Control Systems Engineer to support an advanced reentry capabilities program within the ICBM initiative. This onsite role at Hill AFB, Utah, centers on developing engineering requirements and integrating payload system suites, providing technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
• Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
• Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
• Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required.
• Guide and develop more junior engineering team members.

Requirements

• BS/MS Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 7 years (5 years with MS degree) of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes.
• 2 years experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
• Must currently hold a Secret clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI and SAP.
• Location: Hill AFB, UT (onsite).

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: USD 120874 - 205486 per year
