Information Systems Security Engineer (TTO12)

Que Technology Group is hiring an Information Systems Security Engineer to apply cybersecurity expertise across information systems throughout the system development life cycle. The role focuses on ensuring required security capabilities and safeguards are designed, integrated, and implemented, while supporting assessment of security needs and residual risk for mission outcomes.

This is an onsite position at Fort Meade, MD, supporting work that includes IA and IT compliancy measures and ongoing evaluation of security requirements for systems being developed or modernized.

Responsibilities

• Assess security needs across information systems
• Recommend security solutions to support information systems
• Assess residual risk for systems being developed and/or modernized to meet the NSA/CSS mission
• Perform IA and Information Technology (IT) compliancy measures

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline
  Experience: 7 years as an ISSE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
  Alternative: 11 years experience in lieu of degree
• 8570 certification: IASAE II, IAM II, or IAT III level required
• TS/SCI with FSP required
• Most recent poly in the last 7 years required
