- Independently assess customer needs and harmonize conflicting or complementary requirements across stakeholder groups.
- Leverage advanced skills to design and develop software solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Lead design efforts using a structured, process‑driven approach.
- Deploy new software technologies and coordinate concurrent implementation tasks across teams.

Requirements
- 4 years overall in software engineering disciplines, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Programming skills in Python and SQL with experience in AWS.
- 4 years of DevOps engineering experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Understanding of financial data, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
