Job Description

Strategic Staffing Solutions presents an onsite contract opportunity in Lutz, Florida for a Lead IAM Security Engineer focused on Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration. The role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 110,000 to 120,000 and places you at the forefront of maturing a large enterprise IAM program. This engineering-focused position emphasizes IAM strategy, automation, governance, and program maturity, with collaboration across Cyber Security, Human Resources, business units, and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement the enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with business goals and security requirements.
  • Architect and deploy Saviynt based IGA solutions.
  • Create, implement, and maintain RBAC models and least-privilege access strategies.
  • Build identity lifecycle workflows covering onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Establish and manage certification campaigns, access reviews, compliance reporting, and governance processes.
  • Advance authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access control capabilities.
  • Integrate enterprise applications, directories, and identity providers into the IAM platform.
  • Develop custom workflows, scripts, connectors, and automation to streamline IAM operations.
  • Monitor IAM related security incidents and respond to unauthorized access events.
  • Serve as subject matter expert during audits and regulatory assessments involving IAM, SOX, PII, and related compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Cyber Security, Human Resources, business units, and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation, governance, and operational efficiency across IAM.\

Requirements

  • Approximately 5+ years of Identity & Access Management experience, with exceptional accomplishments considered.
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, least privilege, and access certifications.
  • Experience with identity governance, workflow development, and IAM lifecycle onboarding/offboarding.
  • Ability to develop custom scripts, connectors, or integrations for IAM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise authorization models and security structures.
  • Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications, directories, and business systems.
  • Experience securing enterprise reporting platforms and user privileges.
  • Knowledge of SAP security concepts including SAP authorization concepts.
  • Portal security, Single Sign-On, Directory Services, ITS, and web services security familiarity.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access controls.
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives including SOX, NERC CIP, NIST, and PCI.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
