Level 3 Software Engineer

Level 3 Software Engineer with a Secret clearance to translate a legacy product into a modern FORGE C2 Mission Management solution as part of a small agile team in Longmont, CO.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and test the Mission Management codebase.
• Interact across agile teams to ensure interface compatibility.
• Coordinate with the product owner, scrum master, and product manager to plan user stories and ensure successful completion of the tasks.
• Work through technical challenges to implement legacy capabilities in a modern architecture.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required for consideration
• Experience in software design and development
• 3+ years of Java programming experience in a professional environment
• Linux OS background or experience developing in a Linux environment
• Previous experience with mission management
• Demonstrated understanding of agile development within a scrum team
• Strong mathematics background
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc
• Education: BS degree
