Machine Learning Engineer - AI Trainer

As a Machine Learning Engineer - AI Trainer, you will evaluate and help train AI systems focused on quantitative reasoning and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated quantitative outputs, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-driven insights
• Check technical accuracy and real-world validity of model responses
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI systems (forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, statistical inference)
• Produce clear technical explanations
• Write and maintain well-documented analytical code
• Deliver feedback that directly informs improvements to the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a quantitative role or research environment (examples: data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or adjacent fields)
• Some coding experience; comfortable writing and reviewing analytical code end-to-end
• Practical experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including tools like A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar); master’s or PhD is a plus
• Relevant credentials are a plus (example: Kaggle Competition ranking, AWS/GCP ML certifications, or equivalent demonstrated expertise)
