Job Description
Garver is seeking a Municipal Project Engineer to join its Transportation Team and contribute to the design and production of construction documents for transportation projects. The position is based onsite in Conway, Arkansas, with the Transportation Team serving projects in North Little Rock and Conway. The role combines design work, drafting, and coordination to deliver detailed construction documents for municipal transportation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the design and creation of construction documents for a broad range of transportation projects.
- Addressing roadway design components such as typical sections, geometric layouts, drainage and hydraulic analyses, erosion control plans, safety features, and maintenance of traffic plans.
- Contributing to the preparation of a complete set of construction documents, including drafting, quantity computations, specifications, and cost estimates.
Requirements
- ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 0 to 6 years of related experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
