Palantir Foundry AI Engineer - Senior

Join CACI in Ashburn, VA to design, build, and deploy LLM and agentic AI solutions for enterprise use within Palantir’s Army Vantage and DoW network capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect, train, and fine-tune LLMs for enterprise use cases within Palantir Foundry/Vantage
• Develop agentic AI systems that can autonomously reason, plan, and act on complex data workflows
• Integrate AI models with Palantir Ontology, datasets, and operational pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Support and enhance AI capabilities across the DoW network, including platforms such as Vantage
• Track advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures, and apply best practices to Vantage and DoW deployments
• Create content and deliver briefings to senior government leaders
• Manage and respond to user tickets
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT)

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret DoD security clearance required; ability to attain interim clearance will be considered
• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Minimum 5 years of related technical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and interest in working in a team environment
• Highly responsible, team-oriented, strong work ethic, and a self-starter
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Solution-based problem solving to resolve complex technical challenges
