Job Description

The Enterprise Operations role focuses on mapping and optimizing enterprise processes across technology systems, workflows, and organizational roles, prioritizing AI-enabled improvements and cross-functional collaboration for Always Compassionate Home Care.

Responsibilities

  • Chart and document end-to-end enterprise processes spanning technology platforms, operational workflows, and organizational roles.
  • Detect bottlenecks, duplications, and gaps in current processes and propose solutions that boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Act as a practical partner for both business and technical teams, converting process challenges into actionable improvement plans.
  • Assess and advocate for AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement programs from initial scoping to deployment, maintaining alignment among stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and mappings to source systems.
  • Provide product-minded guidance during system implementations, platform evaluations, and operational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics, IT, and operations leadership to ensure technology investments reflect real process needs.
  • Track and report the impact of process improvements using defined metrics and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Three to seven years of experience in solutions engineering, process improvement, technical project management, or operational consulting.
  • Proven ability to map complex business processes and translate them into structured, actionable documentation.
  • Solid interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to both strategic and operational details.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or other operationally complex, regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (EHRs, billing platforms, workforce management tools).
  • Exposure to data platforms and analytics environments (for example Snowflake, BI tools).
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and project management frameworks.
  • Background in product management or product-led operational improvement.
