Job Description

Join Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice, where impact is measured by outcomes for federal, state, and local government clients and public higher education institutions. In Arlington, VA on-site, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Public Sector solutions with GenAI integration, delivering on mission-critical programs. This role offers a competitive compensation range of USD 118,000 to 160,000 per year plus a discretionary annual incentive program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce Public Sector solutions, incorporating GenAI capabilities such as Agentforce in mission-critical programs
  • Establish and govern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable rapid, secure delivery
  • Serve as technical lead and hands-on innovator, embedding GenAI and modern AI practices into the development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and enhance system capabilities
  • Work across the full technology stack, from backend integrations with data platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Informatica, Databricks, and Palantir Foundry to front-end user experiences
  • Collaborate directly with senior government clients, providing technical leadership and translating complex mission requirements into scalable solutions
