Job Description
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) invites a Senior Data Engineer – Senior Manager to lead data engineering initiatives within Technology Consulting in a Miami, FL onsite role. The position leverages data and analytics to deliver strategic client insights and guides teams through complex problem solving. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six years of experience, with a salary range of USD 124,000 to 280,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to optimize business performance and strengthen competitive advantage, including roadmap development.
- Apply advanced analytics to support client operations and strategic goals, leveraging AWS data engineering and Redshift.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to enable business intelligence, utilizing DataStage and ETL processes.
- Implement data visualization capabilities to deliver actionable insights and improve client outcomes with SQL Server and DB2.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data challenges and opportunities, including managed services and service level agreements.
- Coach and motivate teams to tackle complex problems and deliver high-quality results.
- Apply systems thinking to uncover root issues and opportunities within client projects, including workload orchestration and scheduling.
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine solutions, focusing on CSAT and performance tuning.
- Lead teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure and sound judgment.
