Senior Data Engineer -Python and AWS

Work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL as a Technology Consultant contributing end-to-end across the software delivery lifecycle. In this Senior Data Engineer role focused on Python and AWS, you will help shape requirements, drive design decisions, and support production stability, while also strengthening documentation and knowledge sharing for future projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned portions of business requirements according to provided guidance.
• Engage in software application design discussions and record design decisions that guide the technical team in building software solutions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with an emphasis on maintaining system stability.
• Perform code reviews, implement codebase changes, and maintain code repositories.
• Develop test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support smooth transitions to new software applications.
• Take part in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve system reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing methods, and support activities to build a reusable knowledge base for related projects.
