Own the architecture, design, analysis, and validation of complex electronic hardware systems.
Select components and generate schematics, PCB layouts, and production drawings using Altium Designer.
Design switching and linear power supplies, low-noise analog circuits, and high-speed digital circuitry with emphasis on reliability, thermal performance, and cost optimization.
Lead hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and analysis to resolve signal and power integrity, EMI/EMC/ESD, thermal, and reliability challenges.
Continue engineering of the existing product line, coordinating with manufacturing partners to support production transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote design-for-manufacturing (DFM), design-for-test (DFT), and design-for-reliability (DFR) throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to developing, documenting, executing, and improving validation and testing deliverables and workflows.

10+ years of experience developing commercial electronic products in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in schematic capture, PCB development, and hardware debugging.
Experience in digital and analog design, EMI, EMC, ESD protection, grounding, and low-noise techniques.
Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers; BER test equipment (BERT) and signal analyzers are a plus.
Proven success taking products from concept through manufacturing and production release, including ongoing production support.
Ability to perform root-cause analysis and solve complex hardware issues.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical teams such as production and sales.
Authorization to work in the United States is required.
