Role Overview
A hybrid opportunity has opened due to an increased workload for an experienced electrical engineer focused on designing electrical systems for commercial buildings. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and be prepared to manage a portion of a project or lead the engineering team assigned to a project. AutoCAD proficiency is required, while Revit experience is a plus. The successful candidate will assume a leadership role and interact with clients from project initiation to completion. The position includes responsibilities in employee resource management, time management, and budget analysis.

Position Details
This is a full-time permanent role offering a comprehensive benefits package. Health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee and family is funded entirely by the company. The 401(k) retirement plan includes a 50% company match up to 8% of salary. Additional benefits include long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and the option to work nine-hour days with every other Friday off.
Annual bonuses are awarded at year end based on performance, up to four weeks of salary.
Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits
Salary range: $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year. Job type: Full-time.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial buildings
- AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a plus

- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
