Senior Electrical Engineer

Case Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for commercial buildings. This hybrid remote role is based in Fenton, MO (63026) and includes project ownership through client-facing coordination, along with team leadership responsibilities.

Role Overview

In this position, you will support the design and delivery of electrical systems for commercial projects. Depending on assignment, you may manage a portion of a project and/or lead the engineering team. You will also interface with the client from the start to the end of the project, ensuring engineering work aligns with project needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for commercial buildings
• Manage a portion of a project and/or lead the full engineering team assigned to a project
• Lead a team and interface with the client from start to finish of a project
• Oversee employee resource management, including time management and budget analysis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• AutoCAD required
• PE preferred

Compensation and Work Model

This is a full-time permanent role. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year. The work location is hybrid remote in Fenton, MO 63026. The option to work nine-hour days with every other Friday off is available.
