Senior Inside Sales Manager Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

Responsibilities

• Lead inside sales activities for PEMB projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the sales and preconstruction process
• Design and configure PEMB systems including structural steel, wall and roof panels, secondary framing members, and stability bracing using proprietary software
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and bid packages for commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Assist with building code and energy code compliance related to metal building envelopes
• Maintain relationships with PEMB manufacturers and specialty contractors
• Support project estimating, scheduling, and coordination efforts to ensure timely delivery
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently

Requirements

• Proven experience with PEMB manufacturers, metal building specialty contractors, or commercial construction sales
• Strong understanding of pre-engineered metal building systems and construction processes
• Experience with PEMB erection, insulated metal panel installation, or related field experience is preferred
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and construction software is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered
