Senior Process Engineer- Sign-On Bonus Available

Medline Industries is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to plan, organize, and oversee productivity initiatives that aim to improve profitability while supporting marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This onsite role in Lithia Springs, Georgia includes a sign-on bonus and requires cross-functional leadership to drive projects from concept to realization. It blends technical analysis with process optimization and quality assurance to deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and propose technical solutions and innovative methods to cut costs and optimize the cost structure while preserving or enhancing quality.
• Guide scale-up initiatives from idea to outcome, coordinating teams across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Create comprehensive project plans for large-scale efforts, detailing action steps and schedules to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Tackle complex tasks to develop or improve procedures, perform statistical analysis, inspections, and validation activities.
• Deliver training on quality assurance and engineering concepts when appropriate, covering inspection, measurement, test methods, process validation, DOE, and full equipment operation procedures.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for content, processes, and procedures.
• Apply domain knowledge to design and tailor workflow systems for seamless integration.
• Maintain awareness of industry standards and perform cost-benefit analyses to justify tasks and projects.
• Provide specialized expertise to the company through project, account, and people management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum four years of engineering experience
• Experience in technical writing, research paper writing, and/or experimental design
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Salary

The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,360.00 - $131,040.00 per year.
