Advantage Technical is seeking a Project Engineer for onsite project coordination in Liberty, NC.

Coordinate complex manufacturing projects through planning, KPI tracking, milestone management, and progress reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, purchasing, facilities, and project management groups
Support new product launch activities, including pre-production trials and construction readiness initiatives
Build and maintain project schedules, monitor deadlines, and drive milestone achievement
Assess project risks and lead problem-solving activities to support successful execution
Develop standardized project reports, dashboards, and visual management tools for leadership
Assist with budget tracking, asset management, shutdown activities, and other special projects
Facilitate communication with domestic and international stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of project management or project engineering experience
Experience managing capital projects over $500K
Strong background in KPI development, reporting, and data analysis
Experience creating and maintaining detailed project schedules
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Flexibility to support occasional weekends, holidays, shutdown periods, and evening meetings as business needs require

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
