Senior Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer

Sivan Windows and Doors relies on a Salesforce-based CRM, known as 360 Improvement, to manage the full spectrum of its operations—from sales and measurements to ordering, warehouse, installation, service, and accounting. The Senior Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer will shape and extend this platform, delivering design, development, and integration work on-site in Northridge, CA for local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance Salesforce capabilities to meet business needs.
• Develop advanced Flows, Automations, and custom solutions within the platform.
• Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Establish and manage APIs linking Salesforce with external applications.
• Build integrations with QuickBooks to streamline finance processes.
• Develop connections with WhatsApp for messaging workflows.
• Integrate with SMS platforms to support notification and alerting use cases.
• Connect Salesforce with email platforms for communication automation.
• Facilitate integrations with vendors and manufacturers to support procurement and fulfillment.
• Link scheduling systems to coordinate activities and resource allocation.
• Develop custom dashboards and reporting tools to empower data-driven decisions.
• Assist in designing future iterations of the CRM to scale with the business.
• Collaborate with management and department leaders to optimize business processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual workloads across departments.
• Document development work and the system architecture for maintainability and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Proficiency with Apex and Lightning Components (LWC).
• Experience with Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Reports & Dashboards.
• Track record of building and maintaining API integrations.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• On-site work in Northridge, CA for local candidates only.
