Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of defined features and models across cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform goals and system objectives.
• Develop clean, efficient, maintainable code across multiple languages, driving end-to-end software lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Incorporate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance capabilities and development efficiency.
• Contribute to solution design, perform code reviews, and implement best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
• Monitor performance, manage defect resolution, and ensure high-quality software releases.
• Mentor teammates, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
• Alternatively, 5 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
