Snowflake Data Engineer - Cortex AI

Design, build, and operationalize AI-powered data solutions on Snowflake, with a focus on Snowflake Cortex AI and enterprise RAG/agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled data solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI, CoCO, and CoCO Desktop
• Develop and deploy RAG and agentic workflows, including semantic layers and enterprise AI applications
• Architect scalable enterprise data platforms leveraging Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, dbt, and cloud-native services
• Build robust ELT/ETL pipelines and real-time integrations
• Lead workshops, architecture reviews, PoCs, and production deployments
• Create reusable accelerators and establish best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platforms
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, security, governance, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Cortex AI, CoCO, CoCO Desktop, Snowpark, and AI/ML integration patterns
• Experience building LLM, RAG, vector search, and agentic AI solutions
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong customer-facing communication and solution architecture skills
• Snowflake certifications: Architect, Data Engineer, and AI specialization
• Experience with Streamlit, Dynamic Tables, Snowpipe, and Native Apps
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks

Compensation

• USD 60,000 - 135,000 per year
