Software Engineer

This full-stack software engineering role at Booz Allen Hamilton focuses on building end-to-end software and systems from concept through production, with architecture-aware delivery and problem solving for clients. Location: Rome, NY, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software and systems from concept to production-ready state within a fast, agile development environment.
• Provide complete end-to-end solutions to problems in an agile context.
• Continuously learn new tools and techniques and identify opportunities to improve the system.
• Assist clients in addressing their most challenging issues by applying current architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure the team's solution aligns with the existing architecture and operating environment while planning for future functionality and enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web stacks such as C#, C, C++, .NET, or JavaScript.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions using both back-end and front-end languages.
• Track record of solving complex problems in a collaborative team setting.
• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Compensation

The projected annual salary range for this position is USD 69,300.00 to USD 158,000.00.

Work Model
