Software Engineer
Job Description
Join the Bioanalytics Systems & Technologies Group as an onsite Software Engineer in Lexington, MA, supporting multiple projects that turn biological datasets into analytic and AI/ML solutions for national security needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-interfaces to support bioanalytics workflows
- Build harmonization software for medical and health data
- Deliver web-based application capabilities
- Support modeling and simulation efforts
- Create and maintain data streaming applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Knowledge of the software design and development life-cycle
- Experience working in an agile operating model
- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks
- Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including SQL
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills

Compensation
- USD 100,200 - 150,000 per year
