Software Engineer 2 (Tester) (TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly)

Software Engineer 2 (Tester) with TS/SCI and Full Scope Poly supports an ICAM Zero Trust engineering team onsite in Fort Meade, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ICAM Zero Trust engineering teams to perform unit tests and system integration testing
• Assess performance of UX and UI components to ensure usability and reliability
• Coordinate testing activities with development and systems engineers to validate ICAM products
• Conduct analysis, diagnostics, and initial evaluation of software products
• Develop testing procedures and methodologies to verify product quality
• Create test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests
• Generate reports for each test activity and track test metrics throughout the lifecycle

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Ability to solve complex system and integration problems
• Experience briefing senior-level management
• Engineering experience supporting requirements definition, functional analysis, and allocation
• Experience conducting system requirement reviews
• Experience developing CONOPS and system architectures
• Experience with automated workflows for backend and frontend testing automation
