Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation seeks a contract Software Engineer - AI Trainer to help shape AI models by crafting coding challenges, delivering clear, well explained code, evaluating AI generated solutions, and guiding future model iterations from Roanoke, VA with remote options.

Responsibilities

• Create and tackle a diverse set of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Deliver concise, high quality code samples along with thorough explanations.
• Assess AI generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Offer actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
